European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker took a swipe at Britain, saying he would not give a speech in English because the language was becoming less significant following Brexit.
Ahead of the final round of France's presidential election and the pending Brexit negotiations with the United Kingdom, the president of the European Commission made a decision to give a speech in Italy on Friday in French instead of English.
