According to a new CBS poll a full 61 percent of the country, when asked, responded that marijuana should be legal.
The poll's results put support for legal weed up five percent from 2016, when 56 percent supported it, a 21 percent from 2011 - it had a mere 40 percent support back then.
The poll showed 94 percent of people approve the use of pot for medical use.
